- Sidgwick & Jackson have published the Adam Ant autobiography as a downloadable
eBook. The eBook, which is supported by Adobe eReader costs a hefty £15.99
(€24.50, $31.60) .
An eBook (or electronic book) is a digital
replication of a printed book which is designed to be read on computer screens,
PDAs, BlackBerries or special eBook reading devices. They
allow you to search, highlight,
bookmark and annotate text and they offer built-in dictionaries enhancing the
reading experience.
Publicity for this
release was non-existent as it was published on 11th April 2007.
(Unless you happen to stroll onto the PanMacMillan site looking for
news on the paperback cover!)
Talking of which, the
paperback edition (with a new additional chapter) is now available
for pre-order and due for release on 7th September 2007.
